The club offers specialized coaching programs tailored for children between 5 to 18 years, providing expert guidance and skill development in a nurturing environment. These programs aim to inspire young talents and instill a lifelong passion for the sport.

  1. Tennis members are required to wear white or predominantly white, collared or round-neck t-shirt on court.
  2. Tennis members must wear sports shoes with inverted (NON-Marking) soles on court.
  3. Fixed court booking charges are applicable as per charges mentioned below:
    • Morning session: Rs. 100 per month plus applicable GST (weekly half-an-hour booking)
    • Evening session: Rs. 280 per month plus applicable GST (weekly half-an-hour booking)
  4. Tennis members are allotted a Marker and are also provided tennis balls. However, no ball-boys are provided by the Club.
  5. Tennis members should strictly adhere to the court booking time allotted to them by the Club Office.
  6. Extra Court booking charges applicable currently are as follows:
    • Morning session:
      • 6 am to 6 pm (during Summer)
      • 6 am to 5 pm (during Winter)
      • Charges: Rs. 40 per half-an-hour plus applicable GST / Rs. 80 per hour plus applicable GST
    • Evening session:
      • 6 pm to 10 pm (during Summer)
      • 5 pm to 10 pm (during Winter)
      • Charges: Rs. 100 per half-an-hour plus applicable GST / Rs. 200 per hour plus applicable GST
  7. Tennis Members may bring in guests to play tennis 3 days in a particular month. Guest charge of Rs. 50 per day plus applicable GST will be payable. Extra Court booking charges may have to be paid wherever applicable.
  8. All tennis courts have to be vacated for maintenance every day between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm.
  9. General members (members whose membership number starts with "G") are not eligible for fixed court booking time slots to play tennis. However, they may book the court by paying requisite court booking charges, as applicable, for playing tennis.
  10. Dependent members are allowed to play tennis up to an age of 21 years.

  • Tennis Coaching Scheme Admission Procedure:
    • Admission Forms available at the Club Office from 1st February to 30th April of the year against a payment of Rs. 250/-.
    • Duly completed Admission Forms to be submitted to the Club's Office by 31st May.
    • Intimation letters for Physical and Medical examination are issued to all applicants by the 1st week of June.
    • Notice for Parents' Interview is displayed (for the selected candidates only) on the Club's Notice Board by the third week of June.
    • New session begins in the 1st week of July every year.
  • Current Fees Structure:
    • One-time admission fee (non-refundable) - Rs. 12,000/- + GST
    • Security Deposit (refundable) - Rs. 6,300/-
    • Uniform charges (2 T-shirts) - Rs. 600/- + GST
    • Quarterly fees (payable in advance) - Rs. 6,300/- (for regular students)
    • Intra Coaching Evaluation Tournament Fees (Quarterly in advance) - Rs. 300/-
      January - March: payable in January
      April - June: payable in April
      October - December: payable in October
  • Penalty applicable for late payment of dues:
    • Within 30 days from the due date: Rs. 500
    • Within 60 days from the due date: Rs. 1000
    In case of non-payment of fees within 60 days from the due date, the student's name would be struck off from the register and a re-admission fee of Rs. 3000 has to be paid for reinstatement in the coaching scheme.

1. Uniform :
For Boys

  • T-shirt : Issued by the Club at the time of admission
  • Shorts : White / Coloured (Summer)
  • Tracks : White / Coloured (Winter)
For Girls
  • T-shirt : Issued by the Club at the time of admission
  • Shorts / Skirts : White / Coloured (Summer)
  • Tracks : White / Coloured (Winter)
Shoes : Sports shoes of any make with inverted (NON Marking) sole.

2. Students must report 15 mins before their scheduled coaching time.

3. Latecomers will not be allowed to attend the coaching for that day.

4. Students must bring their ID Card (to be provided by the Club free-of-cost), without which he/she will not be allowed to attend the coaching.

5. In case the ID Card is lost, fresh ID Card will be issued at a cost of Rs. 150/-.

6. Parents are strictly prohibited from interacting with any Coach/Assistant Coach during coaching session.

7. Students and/or their Parents must follow the Club Notice Board regularly for news, information, updates, tournament details etc. regarding tennis coaching scheme.

8. It is mandatory for all tennis coaching students to participate in the Intra Coaching Evaluation Tournament held during the year.

9. For any complaints/discussion, parents are requested to get in touch with the Director (Coaching) at the club premises on Thursdays between 5-7 pm. On other days of the week, parents may contact the Director (Coaching) with prior appointment.

10. Only parents/guardians of the coaching students are allowed to wait inside the club premises. Any other person including domestic helps and drivers have to collect the coaching students from the Club's Reception area and are not allowed to loiter inside the club premises under any circumstances.

11. Coaching students who wish to avail 1:1 coaching session for further development of tennis skills will have to contact the Director (Coaching). Extra coaching session charges will have to be paid directly to the Coach (at the rate applicable). Extra court booking charges, if any, will be applicable and will be included in the quarterly bills.

12. Court Booking charges applicable currently are as follows:

  • Morning session: 6 am to 6 pm (during Summer)
    6 am to 5 pm (during Winter)
  • Charges: Rs. 40 per half-an-hour plus applicable GST
    Rs. 80 per hour plus applicable GST
  • Evening session: 6 pm to 10 pm (during Summer)
    5 pm to 10 pm (during Winter)
  • Charges: Rs. 100 per half-an-hour plus applicable GST
    Rs. 200 per hour plus applicable GST
