| 9 | QR Code | Dear Members, All of you are aware of the DKS mobile app regarding which you have been informed and requested to download it, for using regularly. Once the app is opened, you will notice a QR code image which is your unique code and linked to your membership number. Since the QR code is linked to the respective members we have made arrangements to fix the same QR code on the club membership card also. In order to do so, you are requested to bring your cards (self, spouse, children as applicable as per club rules), to the club office and meet Mr. Samrat Chowdhury between 12.30 pm to 6.30 pm on working days within 2nd week of August 2025 so that the code stamp affixation may be done. Once the QR code is affixed on the member's cards the need for signing the entry register will be abolished and member's entry to the club will be recorded through the enabled QR code reader at the reception area, which in turn, will activate the member account for availing the club facilities each time after entry is made. The purpose of streamlining the processes through the mobile app and QR code driven procedures will help administer the services better and remove any errors which are currently being faced by the members, at times, regarding billing etc. However, it may please be noted that in case members are unable to produce their card while entering the club , they may open the app in their mobile and present it for the QR code recording procedure at the reception area. Members are requested to extend their cooperation in the matter. | 10 | DKS Mobile App | Dear Members, You will appreciate that with the development of the club and added facilities the need for better administration is becoming imperative so that seamless service may be provided to the members. Moving with the times we have decided to walk the technology highway and are pleased to inform the members that we are introducing the DKS Club Mobile App for the members usage which will not only help streamline but also better the administering of services to the members. Through the mobile app the members will be empowered to avail self service related to billing details, tennis booking, F&B services, Banquets, Guest rooms, Member directory, information regarding upcoming club events etc. In short the App will be a one stop ‘go to’ place for all club related issues. The process of logging into the App is provided below for your reference and use: 1. To download the DKS Club mobile App please go to Google play store/ Apple store as applicable depending on whether the handset runs on Android or iOS. 2. After installing the app in your handset you are required to login by entering your unique membership number and system provided password: a. Log in ID: XZ-001. Please ensure the complete correct number including the – sign is also entered. b. System provided password: nopass to be entered in small case. 3. After logging–in you will be required to change the system provided password with your own secure password to ensure privacy and your operational security. It is a mandatory requirement otherwise you will fail to get into the utility sections of the App. 4. In case you are facing any difficulty in logging into your membership account through the App please connect with Mr. Joydeb Majhi, System Manager who will guide you through the process. His contact details are: 9804016479. In his absence Ms. Andrene McLuskie, 9830722291 will assist you. While designing the DKS mobile app care has been taken to make it extremely user friendly with simple interactive built in process which will guide the user member concerned while navigating the App. We request you to kindly support us in this initiative as we move towards virtual processes by using the different functionality of the App regularly, thereby minimising paperwork, and contributing to the “Go Green” initiative that the club has initiated in association with Hari Mitti Foundation recently which we had shared with you in our earlier communications. One of the major objectives of this initiative besides seamless service is to stop the printed paper bills which we are currently sending by courier within a time frame of the next two bill cycles that is August and September 2025.
