To maintain the elegance and decorum of our fine dining experience, guests are required to follow the Smart Casual dress code across gender:

General Rules
- Reservation & Seating:
- Guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance.
- Tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes past the reservation time.
- Behavior & Etiquette:
- Loud conversations, disruptive behavior, and excessive use of mobile phones are discouraged.
- Respect the privacy of other guests and maintain a peaceful dining atmosphere.
- Food & Beverage Policy:
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted as per the restaurant's licensing policies.
- Children & Family Dining:
- Families with children are welcome, but parents/guardians must ensure that children remain seated and do not disturb other guests.
- Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the dining areas. A designated smoking area is available.
- Mobile Phones:
- Usage of mobile phone inside the AC Bars, restaurants and lounge is not permissible.
- Payments & Billing:
- The restaurant accepts payments on member signing, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Splitting bills is subject to the restaurant's discretion.
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
- Cancellations For Maple Lounge should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-show guests may be subject to a cancellation charge for future reservations.
- Photography & Social Media:
- Casual photography is allowed, but flash photography and videography that disturbs other guests are not permitted.
- Staff & Service Requests:
- Guests are requested to treat staff with courtesy.
- Any special requests should be communicated to the management in advance.
Management Rights:
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone not adhering to the dress code or behaving inappropriately.
- Rules may be updated periodically to enhance the guest experience.
